serious problem

Hello all,
am still stuck, in the point where I should examine the controller (EMC)
with the ball bar.
ok........my problem is, I can't get the pulses to be smooth!
when I am doing a circle ....at some points...the motors just stalls....no
movement just vibrating
and the points that am talking about are changing ..I mean the motors does
not stall in the same position each time..
I thought the problem is in the controller, but the same controller runs
fine with other software's.
my guess was that the acceleration or the deceleration values was big, so I
changed them to smaller values, but this did not solve the problem.
so I attached the ini file, hoping that somebody might help me!
