I am currently working full time on a pair of related projects with
pressing deadlines for the AirForce and Navy. The projects should be
completed in about 2 months after which I expect to have more time to
work on EMC.  I think Fred is in a similiar situation. My guess is that
we will be focusing more on integration of interfaces from STEP-NC (see
www.step-nc.org) perhaps including some work on a new interpreter. 

While I suspect the NIST web pages are out of date. Fred did make some
contributions to the CVS repository as recently as 2 months ago.
