Tero,
Joint mode can be selected in the pulldown-menu. default is axis-mode,
i think. I dont have the gui in front of me, but I think so. You can also
choose joint mode with shift-$, i think.
Referencing must be done in joint mode, before transformed motion is
possible. so if you choose transformed motion right away, the Machine might
try to start referencing. at least thats how i interpret it.

them working?
Hallo Tero!
i also used steppermod.o and it worked. I dont know why you cannot
home your axes. is it because you are not in joint mode? You should be
in joint mode! I do not understand your mdi command. Did you expect to
move one single joint untransformed with it? I usually test the axes by
jogging in manual mode with the switch. This is possible before having
homed, i think. It ist important to set the homeswitch polarity the right
way. Be aware that there is only one homeswitch for all axes that always
needs to be released after an axis homed.

If i select some other axis than 0
and try to move it manually only axis0 moves.
Axis0 is also only acis that can be
homed. How do i set it up for joint mode?
