alpha, linux-2.4.0-test9, & rtlinux-3.0-pre8 update

hello;

as of a couple minutes ago i now have linux-2.4.0-test9
and rtlinux-3.0-pre8 running on the alpha. rtlinux-3.0-pre8
really wanted linux-2.4.0-test1 but there were required
changes for the alpha in linux-2.4.0-test9. i ended up
hand patching the kernel files. i than needed to fix several
problems with mbuff files, particularly kvmem.h & kvmem.c. 

the next hurdle starts later today after i get some sleep.
getting emc to run on the alpha.
