There is a line in the script that says
cd $0/..
The attempt is to make sure the script is always run from the top-level emc
directory. It seems to work well for the versions of bash I tried including
1.14.7(1), but not for several other shells.
You may want to just delete this line and remember to always start the .run
script from the directory with it
in it.
I have tried other things to accomplish the same thing and be compatible with
other shells. But so far all of those solutions have had thier own problems.
