new EMC release.

There should be a new distribution on the FTP site in an hour or so.
Here's whats new:

1. Added lube control to Bridgeport IO controller, using .ini params

	[EMCIO]
	LUBE_WRITE_INDEX = <IO index>
	LUBE_WRITE_POLARITY = 0 | 1

Wire your lube system to the IO bit specified (probably the parallel
port) and it will turn on at machine-on, off otherwise.

2. Fixed race condition that prevented successive calls to estop, lube
controllers from both completing.

3. Adds the emcplot3d program that allows you to compare plots of
actual feedback from the controller with the programmed tool path, or
to just quickly check a part program. It won't be built by the
default install since it need the GLUT and GL libraries. Mesa-3D is the
work-alike implementation of Open GL that I use. You can get it and a link to
the GLUT libraries from www.mesa3d.org. You can also get them off the RedHat 6.1
CD-ROM.
	Once you have the libraries, to build it you will need to:
	cd emc/src/emcplot3d
	make
	Run it from the top-level emc directory like this:
	plat/linux_?/bin/emcplot3d -ini <ini_file_name> -f
<nc_program_to_plot_against>
