I believe that I/O stuff runs from the linux directory rather than from the
rt directory. This is a snippet from the ini file that Matt set up for the
machine that he recently shipped. This stuff is very near the end of the
file. and your's should read linux_2_2_13 if that is the directory that
holds your bin file.
