RE: G-Code Problem
Hello All!
Thank you for your hints, I reduced the max_velocety and the P Value and
now the G-Code Program is very well. Now I will experiment with these
vlues to see what is the best config. I attached the EMC.INI. If you
have more hints it would be great. A little thing. At the end of the
Program I get following Message: Is there a problem?
Motion id 403 took 0.165326 seconds.
Motion id 0 took 0.000003 seconds.

Many thanks to you all and best regards,

Hi Andreas
Must be a metric setup with a feed rate of 800 !!
First thing to try is turning down the MAX_VELOCITY and MAX_ACCELERATION
parameters. Turning down the P gain may also help if you're using
freqmod.
Perhaps if you posted the ini file you're using, along with a brief
description of the mill and hardware, we could give you a more detailed
answer.
Regards, Paul.
