Hi Jason

I don't think the gcc-3.2 is recommened for compiling rtai with. I suspect 
the problem you have is compiler related as I can find no mention of 
__dso_handle in any sources (kernel, rtai, emc, or rcslib).
Try using kgcc aka egcs from the compat-egcs package and see if that cures 
the problem.
