Re: Compiling EMC

Seem to have solved this problem... there was no
rcslib/etc/linux_2_2_19.def, so I copied one over from 2_2_18 and saw that
it was looking in /usr/src/rtlinux-3.0, not 3.1.  I'm no longer getting the
errors I was before.

Still having problems with things not being found in the right places
though; hopefully I'll work this out though.  I don't claim to be a C
expert, thats for sure ;)
