Sounds great to me as long as wpi.edu is willing. 

Will the material on site be reserved or free to use?

Is there a prof/advisor to carry on after you matriculate?

Maybe your webmaster could shorten the foreplay a bit and tag to emc or dept? 

Could you post a list of "we" so we hook names to the site/project.

Have you got folk there who can make graphics and press text into web pages?
