Yes, I goofed on the Mar v. May name.

Regarding a fourth rotary axis, I will be adding full translation and
orientation control into the EMC at some point. My boss just called and
asked for this, so you have company. I will have to add some way to
customize how axes are named, as you suggest. We will probably have to
generalize the NC interpreter so that it can handle ABC format. Right
now we have several interpreters: 3 axis, 4 axis (B), and 5 axis (AC).
We could combine them into a single one, and let the kinematics function
resolve the connection to axes.
