EMC folks,

The name of the latest EMC release is emc-04-May-1999.tgz. In my last
message I gave it the March name.

Also, there is an archive of postings to the emc-at-nist.gov mail list,
currently available from within NIST only. I've asked that it be made
available to everyone. When it is I'll let you all know and put a link
to it on the EMC web page.
