smdromod success

I have gotten 3 axes encoder feedback
working using the smdromod motion module.

My problem before was I could only get 2 axes working.

A big thanks to Paul for helping me along with some bugs
and to Fred for confirming a few things.

Just for the archive, the final problem was
that the dro card was not seated properly.

It appeared and felt like it was seated correctly,
but is wasn't.  I filed the length of the card down
and got rid of the big radius in the corner that was
preventing the card from fully seating.

The card looked and felt right; it is very deceiving!
Just because it looks and feels right does not mean it is.
