It isn't there.  The minimill stuff was written for a specific little 
tabletop machine at NIST and that did not have either of these features.  
We have been talking a bit on the developer list about changing the 
minimill just a bit by writing a four axis version and taking the freed up 
outputs and making a machine on and some "programmable" outs and then 
adding and re arranging some of the in as well.  

This requires some real work to the source files to create the ability to 
mix motion and IO stuff.  Stay tuned but in the mean time I suggest that 
you get an extra parport and use the bridgeport definitions.
