Oops. Does MS commandline not support mput muliple files to a server ?
Something like:
prompt ( To go to no interactive mode )
hash ( To display progress )
bin ( To go to binary transmission mode )
lcd \directory\with\EMC\source\code
mput *

Should have made your life easier AFAIK.
