Ethan,

The AT6400 looks to be an indexer that plugs into
an ISA slot. It is not a drive and will not drive a motor
directly. It will require a step and direction drive to be 
connected to it before it will move a motor.

It is sent high level commands from whatever
software is controlling it and as such will not work
with EMC as it stands. You would need to write your
own module in order to get it to work with EMC.
