Tkemc is pretty much the same as the one on the original BDI CD - A couple of
minor changes so that it picks up on the COMMANED/ACTUAL and MACHINE/RELATIVE
ini parameters.
Bug fixes to smdromod, ppmcmod, and increased stack sizes - Unless you have
BDI-2.04, there is very little reason to upgrade. If you have Ray's tarball or
the current CVS version, there is even less reason to change.
