Memory problem?

Hello List,

I have BDI EMC setup on an AMD K6-2 550Mhz
with 128 meg of ram.

Sometimes my mouse acts erractic when I'm
in KDE so I ran the Task Manager and it only
shows 64 meg of memory.

Is this normal?
