I assume you are getting the error after clicking on the Floppy icon ?

Right click on the icon to bring up the properties box, go to the Device tab,
and set both the Device and Mount Points to /mnt/floppy - That should fix your
problem and you will be able to read and write DOS and linux floppies.

The fstab entries are set up correctly, the problem was my fault - I overlooked
the icon properties when I put the CD together.

There is an updated FAQ page in the EMC handbook at www.linuxcnc.org that
covers certain BDI problems. An area of linuxcnc.org has also been set aside
for BDI specific information and downloads.
