G2 X Y I J problem

List:

starting _angle = 230.076884
 ending angle = 129.790270
 radius       = 0.680000
 center(x) = 5.885186
 center(y) = 3.521496


Above  is the data from the *.dxf file. I used
cad2cnc to produce similar code but the lines
below were produced from code written in C and
declaring all variables as double.
The radii agree to 8 places as 0.68000001".

I can find nothing obviously wrong with the code
but emc reports that the starting and ending radii
are different.
Emc version is Mar 2000.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
