I got the 4th axis working with Tkemc last night.  At least the control is 
putting out pulses from the parallel port, I haven't hooked it up to the 
rotaray table just yet.  To get it to work, I went in and added a bunch of 
references to axis_3 in tkemc and added another section for the 4th axis in 
emc.ini.  Things look good so far,  I will connect the rotary table, cut 
some parts, and then report back.
