Hi.

If I recall correctly, you can set the default with variable 5220 in
variables-file. Setting that to 1 puts first coordinate system as
default, setting it to 2 puts second to default and so on. If it's 0
then it's not going to work at all, it just doesn't start. (This is
what happened to me when I first ran EMC with older configuration).
