INI file configurator

I've been spending some time trying to figure out how to get new folk up
to speed on the ini file.  My solution is a configurator.  A tarball of it
exists as config.tgz (54k) on

I'd like quite a few to take 15 minutes and try it and 5 minutes to
comment on it.  The help stuff is no where near complete but there is
enough to give the idea of what can be done with it.

There is also a config.txt file that tells a bit about setting it up.
