I can see the problem - if at the end of a program you tell the machine to
return to 0,0,0 (or whatever you call home) then all three axes 'should' get
there at the same time! If you parallel three switches then the first to
reach home would trip and the whole lot would stop leaving two axes at a
'random' position. If, on the other hand, you put the three switches in
series, only the last axis to reach 'home' would stop things and the other
two would by then have overshot. I find it hard to believe that there is not
a clever solution to this but I can't visualise one with only one switch
input.
