It is online at  http://linuxcnc.org/ you have to drop down through a few
directories, but they have about 15 versions for 2.0.36, and also have
a 29-Feb-2000 version for 2.2.13.  I think this mostly worked.  I seem
to remember that the Mar-2000 release was when things really took a
turn south, mostly because there was extensive hacking into trajectory
code and motion code to accomodate the freqmot stepper version.
