I've been struggling for a few nights now, (with the help of
Ray - thanks...) to get EMC 7 June installed on linux-2.2.14 and
RTLinux-2.2.
The RTLinux works fine, and the emc installer too, up to where
the installer compiles emcmot.c. From here onwards there are loads and loads of
include files in the wrong directories. (RTL - related things like rtl_sched.h,
rtl_fifo.h, rtl.h, etc.)
I've already created links called rtlinux_2_0 and linux_2_2_13
to the rtlinux_2_2 and linux_2_2_14 directories, which the installer seems to
look for. After that I've tried various links in various include
directories to various other ones, but could'nt isolate the problem
yet.
Looking through the source code of emcmot.c doesn't help me
much either. I've moved all the include files to where emcmot.c wants them, but
with no avail.
Anyone with the same kind of experience?
