Well, of course, I have EMC running.  I was the 2nd one outside
of NIST and Matt Shaver to get it going.

Oh, as for the actual/commanded position, it makes no difference
in a stepper system, only in a servo system can there be a difference.
This selects whether the screen shows the instantaneous position
reported back from the encoders, or the position the motors (of
whatever type) are commanded to.
