Yep.  You need tkemcex.  I wrote this for several sized screens.  The 
letters and words are not real great on 640 but it's all in there.  I 
believe that you could pick up a copy from the dropbox at linuxcnc.org.

As I think of it, this was a problem with our demo of the MS-Windows and 
Linux black box last year at NAMES.  This will require more than my 
expertise because we assume a base file name from the ini.  We would need 
some way to modify this name to reflect the location of the real-time 
machine, or a way to send files to the running real time machine from any 
location.  Is someone doing this?

This is more a matter of the way that the widgets (buttons and such) are 
packed, or gridded into the frames above them.  I have been doing a bit 
of experimentation with this and will have some answers soon.  I hope.

A second consideration is the font size which should also change when a 
window is resized.  There is a font changer for the tkemc in recent 
releases but it only affects the position displays.
