Afraid a full compile is the only way out..

In emc/src/rs274ngc_new.hh change TOLERANCE_INCH and TOLERANCE_MM to suit 
your needs. TOLERANCE_CONCAVE_CORNER might also benefit from being increased 
slightly.

On the TNG, make sure you have compat-egcs installed, and edit 
rcslib/etc/rtai.def and linux_rtai.def so that the CC = kgcc (or egcs). The 
gcc (2.96) supplied by RedHat does not compile working realtime code.

BTW, the latest TNG installs compat-egcs and allready has the changes made to 
the *.def files.
