Hi Erie

The original Windows version of tkemc is incompatable with the current CVS 
sources. However, a fully functioning version has been compiled and included 
on the BDI CD since Ver 2.16. Many thanks to Don Mclane for his indispensable 
help in the compilation. A remote tkemc GUI was successfully demonstrated at 
NAMES 2002 for the benefit of Fred Smith from IMService.

At only 230K, I'll email it over asap.
