I also was looking for 5 phase stepper circuits looked for a year never 
found any
i got some second hand sanyo denki drivers, if you find a circuit let me 
know but i dont like your chances
the drivers i got required a cw cww signal  and i needed to make a small 
logic circuit for it to convert the step dir from emc to cw cww its very 
simple
so if you have drivers that need cw cww let me know ill email you the diagram
probably not what you wanted to hear
