New BDI packages

Hi Folks

A few new RPM packages have been uploaded to www.linuxcnc.org

emc-rtl3.0-2.18.i386.rpm
rcslib-rtl3.0-2.18.i386.rpm
emc-source-rtl3.0-2.18.i386.rpm
handbook-rtl3.0-2.18.noarch.rpm

For anyone wanting to upgrade their BDI system, the first two are essential, 
and the handbook rpm recommended. All can be downloaded from 
http://www.linuxcnc.org/bdi/RPMS/rpm.html

Please note: Changes include the use of IO_BASE_ADDRESS in place of 
PARPORT_IO_ADDRESS and STG_BASE_ADDRESS. A new entry, DRO_BASE_ADDRESS for 
users of the Kaluga/Mauch DRO card.
Jon Elson's ppmc drivers have been included, as has the bug fix for the STG 2 
cards.
