This is not so easy.  The auxilliary I/O, such as spindle, coolant, etc.
are run by Linux, ie.
not real-time, code, while the axis motion is run by the real-time
section.  They don't
coordinate access to I/O ports, so there could be some problems with
doing this on the
STG card.  Some of this is already done, with respect to limit switches
and such.
But, in general, the auxilliary output control is on the parallel port,
and the limit
switches are on the STG.

I am working on a MAJOR hack to EMC to move ALL I/O through the
real-time
section, so there is no chance of one program stepping on another's
access of
I/O registers.  This has been a huge endeavor, and I don't have it
working with
the BDI, yet.
