Hi John

Tim, amongst others, have had trouble getting reliable performance out of the 
fourth axis - The maximum speed achieved is not as high as could be expected, 
and following errors are easily triggered. The answer seems to be to use very 
low feed rates on coordinated moves with the A axis.
The same problem affects steppermod on a 2.2.18-rtl3.0 system, so 
reinstalling BDI-2.1x will not solve the problem.
