Hi Matt

Try adding the EMC headers to the gcc command with :-

gcc -Wall -O inb.c handwheel.c -I/usr/local/emc/plat/nonrealtime/include -o 
handwheel.o

Or alternativly, you could put the full path name in the #include statement.
