Hi Everyone

Due to the overwhelming response to my original posting, I am releasing the
schematic of our controller.

NOTE: In error, I stated that the controller was 5A continuos, it should
have been 4A continuos, 5A pulse. I apologize if I have unduly raised
expectations.

The controller is based around the trusty old L297, and the apparently
lesser
known L6203.

I have made two (2) files available, these are the spec/app notes from the
manufacturer as a PDF, and the schematic used to produce our finished
controller as a WMF.

They can be requested from our server via email.

Send email to mdaemon-at-shooter.co.nz
No subject line required.
In the body of the message
GET Public Stepper
GET Public L6203

This will send both files to you via email.

We will release the PCB latout once we have finished our testing, and have
confirmed that the layout is fully functional.

Regards

Fred
