RTLinux Pacth installation

Hello there,
I have been trying to install the EMC software and i started with the
Linux version.
I have the following components:
a Red Hat Linux 5.2 system
a Kernel version 2.0.36-06
and i got from the EMC pages the Patch:
release9J.tgz
I was following the steps for installing the Patch from the web page and
i got  from the Pacth.out file (it can be found as attachment of this
mail) the following Hunk's failed:
Hunk #6 Failed at 499
Hunk #7 Failed at 523
Please can you send me your comments about the matter?
