     As of yet I haven't.  I've only managed a small handful of runs at this
point, but I'll do further testing.  Neither of my spindle motors are
grounded, so perhaps a brush could be added but so far I haven't seen a need
for this.  I tend to keep a shop-vac hose pointed at the cutting to keep my
room from being covered in pink dust, and this always seems to be a
tremendous source of static but so far no problems.
     I'm just thrilled with the results that the foam gives.  It produces
nice sharp corners and not only see it as a cheap test medium, but also
great for production of small signs or temporary plaques (paint the surface
first then machine away to give visible pink relief).  My father uses it a
lot for making removable mountains on his model railroad so I'd thought
about writing a fractal-type landscape generator with g-code output to CNC
rock formations.  What about lost-wax casting?  I don't know if the foam is
suitable, but the thought crossed my mind.
