resource file for xemc

 well, 

  I just updated tcl/tk hoping that would make a difference but does
not.

  Now, I can use xemc but it really looks ugly on my computer, since I
am not using the BDI dont have the resource file for xemc.

  I would appreciate if anyone sends it to me.
