running but not moving

Strange problem now:
i can reference all axes,
i can switch in world frame
i can turn on auto mode
i can load a programm

N1 G01 G91 X-10 F100
N2 G91 X10
N3 M2

The controller tells me he is running and the messages in the terminal tell
the same:

BUT:
The machine doesnt move!!
When I switch to commanded position, the digits look OK, but still the
Machine doesnt move.
Can it be that it has something to do with kinematic transformations?
