Ray,

Same errors on the original BDI after linking the files.

Better luck on the BDI with the 08/01 tarball installed
over it. Loads and comes up fine. One very small 
quirk I saw so far is the axis speed slider is not visible
when first loaded until the gui is switched from manual
to auto or mdi then back to manual. then all is fine
still playing, more to come
