emctuning

How does the emctuning script work?  I got the window to come up, but 
haven't gotten it to do anything yet.

Is emctuning supposed to be in the scripts menu of tkemc?

I've read people's experiences tuning PID coefficients in the linuxcnc 
handbook.  Is the emctuning script the right thing to be looking at?
