Hi,

I was able to get write access and have updated the FAQ. I did minor
regrouping at the same time. Now the Q/A's are categorized as
BDI/EMC/ERROR/GENERAL. In future, it's easy to split the FAQ to
smaller parts that handle each category in different pages. It's quite
big just now, about 60kt's.
