Hello George,

Please include your ini file and a part program the next time. Without them it
is just more or less guessing in the dark.

So your machine jogs in inches but the interpreter, which is responsible for
auto and mdi modes runs in metric.
Check that:
1. I think the interpreter usally starts up in inches unless you have a
RS274_STARTUP_CODE=G21 in your ini file under section [EMC].
2. Does your part program have a G21 somewhere at the beginning ?
