No, there is no document I know of on all the compile options.
The EMC makefiles are based on the RCS library makefiles. There is a
document on the RCS makefiles:
http://www.isd.mel.nist.gov/projects/rcslib/Makefiles.html
The document is incomplete and somewhat out of date so there are newer
options in the RCS library that are not mentioned there and none of the
EMC specific options are mentioned.
The document in emc/doc/sourcecode.txt mentions some things like
-DSTEPPER_MOTORS in the context of a source file affected by this but it
doesn't put all the options in one place.
Is there some specific option you were looking for?
