libglut is one of the Mesa libraries. Since it is the only one missing
you might just be missing a symbolic link.

in  /usr/X11R6/lib/

I have :

bash shackle-at-feed lib> ls -l libglut*
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root          680 Feb  4  2000 libglut.la
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root           16 May 18  2000 libglut.so ->
libglut.so.3.7.0
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root           16 May 18  2000 libglut.so.3 ->
libglut.so.3.7.0
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root       615780 Feb  4  2000 libglut.so.3.7.0
