I just read Will's post. Maybe I'm not seeing what I thought I was. Will (NPI)
have to  go back and revisit the procedure. In theory the GUI is simply a front
end that passes the commands to the real execution code.

I'm having so many problems with freezing after using an editor that I don't do
too much in auto mode; I'm using teh 15-mar-2000 emc. I may try dropping back
another version.
