Good morning all.

I have an old K&T 600 4 axis machine that I need to retrofit. Wandering 
around the web I came across the EMC site and noticed that they did a 
retrofit on a K&T 800. I think that machine was done around 1995 and I'd 
guess the software has undergone a few revisions since then.

How easy is it to do this compared to an off the shelf product?

What kind of time frame would you expect to do this?
