problems instaling emc from Jan 2001

 hello guys,

   I got a RH 6.2 system up and running last night, installed 2.2-18
prepatched kernel and rtlinux 3.0 from source form, then tried to
install emc with the install script, the issue here is that rtlnml.c is
not compiling due a failure to find mbuff.h.

  the file is in /usr/include/rtlinux but the compile stage does not
find it, I copied it to /usr/include and seems to be fine the problem
is I also got a bunch of errors when building the RCS library.

  It seems to be a compile time flags issue, any ideas.
